I had a great experience thanks to Daniel. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made the whole process much less stressful and was genuinely helpful from start to finish. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend him. Thank you, Daniel!

I had an excellent experience at Pep Boys. The staff provided outstanding customer service and truly prioritized my safety above everything else. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the work being done on my car. I really appreciated their honesty and effort to offer me the best options at the best price without compromising quality or reliability. It’s not easy to find a place you can fully trust, but this team definitely delivered. I will absolutely be coming back every time my car needs maintenance. Highly recommended!

I went to the LB McLeod location and the manager Daniel La Riva went above and beyond to obtain the correct transmission fluid for my vehicle. It can be hard to find an honest mechanic these days but Daniel really cared about doing the right thing. I will definitely be taking my car here again in the future when service is needed.

We made an appointment online for 8:30 AM for a screw removal in a tire. We weren’t losing air but just wanted it fixed before a road trip. We arrived at 8:10. At 8:25 he checked us in and said we would have a minimum of 1.5 hour wait. We were behind 2 other people. We said, we have an appointment for 8:30. He said well I have no mechanic here yet. We left. Why are you making appointments for 8:30 if you don’t have a mechanic to do the work for an hour an a half. And walk-ins should be in order of arrival but appointments should be honored. Then we received an email asking us to reschedule. No thanks.

Last night I had an unfortunate situation - my front tire was punctured, I "caught" a huge bolt on the road. Next door to where I live I have a Pep Boys service on 5546 LB McLeod Rd, Orlando, Fl. I arrived at the service 15 min before closing, where the guys still had two cars under repair. However, they kindly agreed to repair my tire for me. I didn't have to wait long, everything was done quickly and efficiently. I am very grateful for such a fast and comfortable service. I’m really appreciate it. Thank you so much service manager Jysael Pantojas & Pep Boys team.
